Contact Us TodayTutoring built around your child
Big tutoring centers hand you whoever is open that hour and run the same worksheets for every student. We do the opposite. We take the time to learn how your child thinks, what they are actually struggling with, and what makes them light up. Then we pick the tutor and build the plan to fit.
Matched, not assigned
We choose a tutor based on your child's subject, grade and personality. Learning goes faster when a kid resonates with the person sitting next to them.
A plan made for your child
Every student gets a study plan written for their goals, whether that is catching up in algebra, raising a test score or just getting organized.
Tutors we know personally
Every tutor is interviewed by us before they ever meet a student. We only bring on people we would trust with our own family.
Scheduling that fits real life
Practices, dinner, work shifts. We build sessions around your week instead of asking your family to rearrange it.
Meet Megan
Hi, I am Megan, the founder of Homework Heroes! I started Homework Heroes after years of tutoring students myself and seeing firsthand just how much of a difference personalized support can make. I believe every child learns differently, yet too often, students are expected to learn in a one-size-fits-all school system. I have worked with bright, capable students who struggled, not because they were not able to understand the material, but because the way it was being taught simply was not working for them.
The right tutor can change everything for a student's learning journey.
We focus on finding the right fit for each student. I personally interview every tutor in our network, take the time to understand each child's unique needs, and make sure they are matched with a tutor who can help them thrive.
And because Homework Heroes is a small business, you are never just another client. If something is not working, you can talk to me directly. I am here to make sure your child is getting the support they need and that your experience with us is a great one.
I am so excited you are here and considering Homework Heroes for your child. I would love to get to know your family and help your student find their own homework hero!
